**Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team at MVT Holdings in Corona, CA.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient delivery and pickup services for our clients while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Safe Transportation: Loads, transports, delivers, and/or picks up parts and equipment for our store to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
- Schedule Coordination: Checks with the Parts Manager and delivery dispatch before leaving to coordinate any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries.
- Inventory Management: Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up and checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery.
- Vehicle Care: Unloads truck each night. Turns in all paperwork and undelivered parts. Handles essential maintenance of the truck including filling tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean, and making sure required inspections are performed.
- Customer Relations: Provides excellent customer service.
- Team Collaboration: Works closely with the Parts Department to ensure seamless delivery services.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adheres to transportation laws and maintains a clean driving record to remain insurable under our company's liability insurance policy.
- Additional Duties: Other duties may be assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a current, valid driver's license for the state in which the employee performs his or her driving duties.
- Clean Driving Record: Must maintain a clean driving record, i.e., must remain insurable under our company's liability insurance policy.
