Job Responsibilities
- Build relationships with potential customers and identify their needs
- Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Qualify leads to determine their interest and fit for our products and services
- Schedule appointments for our sales executives to meet with potential customers
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture the relationship and move them through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in transportation/logistics, marketing, business administration preferred but not required
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development or a related role
- Experience in B2B sales
- Familiarity with the transportation industry
- Proven track record of achieving activity targets
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable with making cold calls and sending emails to potential customers
- Familiarity with sales metrics and KPIs
