Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a positive impact on our customers' experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Assist customers and our operations manager with scheduling, invoicing, and sales support.
- Assist with email marketing and social media marketing on a weekly basis.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional support or information
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- A relentless focus on creating positive outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
