This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with recycled metals buyers, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the company's growth and financial goals. The individual in this position will manage scrap programs and services, from procurement through marketing and sales, while coordinating transportation, bookings, and ensuring timely final payments.
Regular travel will be required to establish, develop, and oversee business relationships. All business transactions will be conducted in alignment with our core values of honesty, integrity, and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive marketing and sales efforts for ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals, with a particular focus on aluminum and other non-ferrous materials.
- Partner with the purchasing team to establish competitive pricing for industrial accounts.
- Identify and pursue potential customers and emerging market opportunities.
- Gather and organize customer feedback for management review, ensuring clear and actionable insights.
- Forecast and analyze sales trends, develop effective marketing strategies, and prepare reports that summarize findings and provide strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed to maintain and develop business relationships.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout operational areas.
- Capability to lift up to 75 pounds as required.
