What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning Administrator position at MW Partner?
MW Partners is currently seeking a Learning Administrator to work for our client who is a global leader in the aerospace defence and security markets.
Responsibilities and duties :
- Perform all administrative and logistical tasks associated with the overall execution of the annual training plan leadership programs and learning campaigns.
- Responsible for maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) which includes creating training sessions managing training invites maintaining learner registration updating employee training records and distributing evaluation.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Accounts Payable to ensure timely creation of suppliers and processing of vendor payments.
- Compile and develop reports as required maintaining accurate training records analyzing evaluation data and monitoring costs.
- Assist with creation and distribution of tutorials to promote various features of the Learning Management System
- Assist with creation and distribution of quarterly learning newsletter for all employees in North America
- Support the mentoring program by ensuring the system is up to date with active employees and sending out timely communication for monthly matches.
- Create and update learning curriculums and materials in the LMS and assign to appropriate employee population.
- Distribute learner feedback survey after each session and follow up with learners to improve response rate.
- Manage the central mailbox for the Learning team and be the first point of contact for all general learning and development inquiries.
- Perform other administrative duties as required
