MW Partners is currently seeking a Talent Partner to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties:
Talent Advisor
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
- Use internal dashboards to provide data-driven insights that build credibility and guide hiring decisions.
- Offer expertise on market trends and the competitive landscape to influence hiring strategies.
- Drive the end-to-end recruiting process, including pipelining, stakeholder management, and closing top talent in competitive markets.
- Maintain an "Client as primary customer" mindset while influencing business decisions.
Research and Sourcing
- Leverage innovative sourcing techniques across platforms to identify and engage top talent, building robust pipelines for critical roles.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop insights that optimize sourcing efficiency and inform recruitment strategies.
Talent Acquisition Support
- Refine and streamline hiring processes to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and the overall candidate experience.
- Step in as needed to support sourcing, interview scheduling, debriefs, and other hiring activities with agility.
- Plan and execute hiring events to promote Client's employer brand and showcase career opportunities.
Requirements:
- 4 years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years as a Talent Partner/Advisor in a technology-driven environment.
- A proven track record of strong sourcing skills. Should be able to think creatively with expertise in platforms like GitHub, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to streamline processes and manage workflows effectively.
- Sound knowledge of gathering industry trends, market drivers, and competitive hiring landscapes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with stakeholders and candidates.
- Familiarity with tools like Phenom, Workday, or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to step in and support peers as needed.
- This is a hybrid role with a requirement of being in-office 3 days per week.
