MW Partners is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to work for our client who is a leader in the media and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities and duties :
- Lead various platform messaging campaigns to retain users, plan A / B testing to optimize performance, & work with vendor on tool roadmap / enhancements, in collaboration with the outbound marketing and platform engagement teams
- Partner with creative, merchandising, product, legal & other internal teams to deliver all necessary campaign assets / details in a timely manner, as well as QA-ing campaigns to ensure seamless deployment
- Produce, share, and use critical metric reporting on a regular and consistent basis to ensure continuous improvement in process and results, including identifying performance drivers and insights
- Partner with other teams in the business, including business intelligence & analytics to project manage the delivery of analysis etc to the customer retention team
- Compile best practices and competitive intelligence within retention marketing to share with internal teams
