MW Partners is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to work for our client who is a leader in the media and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities and duties :
- Lead various platform messaging campaigns to retain users plan A / B testing to optimize performance & work with vendor on tool roadmap / enhancements in collaboration with the outbound marketing and platform engagement teams
- Partner with creative merchandising product legal & other internal teams to deliver all necessary campaign assets / details in a timely manner as well as QAing campaigns to ensure seamless deployment
- Produce share and use critical metric reporting on a regular and consistent basis to ensure continuous improvement in process and results including identifying performance drivers and insights
- Partner with other teams in the business including business intelligence & analytics to project manage the delivery of analysis etc to the customer retention team
- Compile best practices and competitive intelligence within retention marketing to share with internal teams
