MW Talent is partnering with a prestigious personal injury law firm in Atlanta to hire an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager. This is a full-time position for candidates with a strong background in managing personal injury cases from intake through negotiation and closing.
Location:
- In-office (4 days/week) in Atlanta, GA
- Fully remote available for candidates residing 50 miles from the office
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement and closing
- Negotiate and settle claims directly with insurance adjusters
- Maintain regular communication with clients, adjusters, and medical providers
- Handle a high-volume caseload with precision and professionalism
- Collaborate with legal staff to ensure timely and accurate case resolution
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager
- Must have experience handling cases from start to finish, including negotiation and in-house closing
- Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment
- A history of long-term employment and reliability in prior roles
