Job Overview: Quality Controls Manager – Bridge & Highway Projects
MWC Group Inc. is actively hiring Construction Inspectors with bridge and highway experience for multiple roles in San Bernardino County, starting in 2025. As a Construction Inspector at MWC Group Inc., you will oversee and inspect highway and bridge construction projects at various stages, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulations. Minimum Qualifications:
- NICET I, II, or III certification or equivalent experience.
- Prior inspection experience with Caltrans, FHWA, or similar highway/bridge construction projects.
- Familiarity with EEBAC Site Manager or strong proficiency in computer-aided project administration is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered as a substitute.
- ACI Certification.
- OSHA 10 certification and a strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites.
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel to construction sites within San Bernardino County.
