Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Engaging with Customers:
- Connect with potential customers who have shown interest in our products—no cold calls to uninterested leads!
- Understand customer needs, present solutions, and close sales.
- Building Relationships:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and sales calls to keep leads warm and informed.
- Industry-Focused Sales:
- Work with products across multiple markets such as Medical, Hospitality, Agricultural, and Military Recruiting.
- Tailor your sales approach based on industry-specific needs and customer profiles.
- Learning and Advancement:
- Join senior staff on sales visits and calls as you progress—get first-hand experience and insights.
- Work towards managing your own book of customers and becoming a sales leader.
- Achieving Goals:
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Keep track of leads, opportunities, and progress using our CRM system.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience:
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we value passion and willingness to learn.
- Experience in call centers, retail, or hospitality is a strong foundation.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive attitude with a drive to exceed targets and grow your income.
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
