Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Superintendent to oversee construction projects, ensure job site safety, and manage project execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in the mining construction industry, with knowledge of MSHA regulations being a strong plus. this is a traveling position. MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL. we do pay travel/peridium on most all are jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Enforce safety standards and compliance with MSHA regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field personnel to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor crews, ensuring quality workmanship and productivity.
- Manage materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in industrial or mining construction.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, with MSHA knowledge preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling.
