Scrum Master I (Contractor)
Location: Philadelphia, PA (4 days onsite)
6 Months (Potential to Extend)
Overview:
Seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to lead Agile Scrum teams, ensuring effectiveness and adherence to Agile best practices. The role focuses on fostering team collaboration, facilitating Scrum events, and driving organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach team members in Agile principles, self-organization, and cross-functionality.
• Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Remove impediments to ensure team progress and effectiveness.
• Promote high-value delivery that meets the Definition of Done.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive decision-making and support project goals.
• Assess and improve team Agile maturity at a sustainable pace.
• Foster productive communication, transparency, and conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
• Required: Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a true Agile Scrum environment.
• Preferred: CSM, PSM I, SASM, or other Scrum Master certifications.
