The Product Partnership Manager III will lead the development, execution, and management of MX’s product partnership initiatives, focusing on bi-directional and traditional partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand MX’s partner ecosystem. This role involves managing the entire product partnership lifecycle, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful commercialization of partner-integrated solutions.
Job Duties
- Develop and implement strategies for bi-directional and traditional product partnerships to expand MX’s partner ecosystem and revenue opportunities.
- Lead commercialization efforts for product integrations with external partners and internal adoption of partner solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to ensure alignment with MX’s strategic objectives.
- Oversee the governance and performance of partnerships, tracking key metrics such as revenue growth, adoption, and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue high-value product partnership opportunities, driving both inbound and outbound engagement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to embed MX solutions in partner ecosystems and support partner-driven sales initiatives.
- Work with product engineering, marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategies.
- Align internal teams to support partnership goals, ensuring operational efficiency and effective resource allocation.
- Gather and integrate feedback from partners and market trends to inform MX’s product development and innovation strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track partnership activities and ensure accurate forecasting of partner-driven revenue.
- Collaborate with Deal Desk and Legal teams to structure scalable and compliant partnership agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with experience managing executive-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting partnership performance metrics.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack), and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom).
- Familiarity with product commercialization processes and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex partnerships and driving measurable business outcomes.
Compensation
The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions is currently $113,500 to $136,000. This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
