The Opportunity!
Our client is seeking a Sales Director to lead sales in one of their prestigious properties in the Senior Independent Living field. As a Sales Director, your role will be able to define and drive strategic marketing and business development. You will also coordinate with the Business Development Managers to evolve key account relationships to optimize referral flow and gain competitive advantage.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate
- Work closely with the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing in the development and execution of the sales & marketing plan.
- Meet the sales activity standards including expectations on daily leads, appointments, on-site and off-site sales activities, and other sales related performance metrics.
Develop and Maintain Standards
- Provide regular in-services and orientation training to all front line and management staff.
- Maintain an active, working knowledge of current competition or changes in the market.
- Demonstrate excellent sales skills through: Establishing and maintaining client relationships; Discovery of client's needs and desires with the company's products and services; Closing and post-sales activities; Uses good listening techniques and demonstrates exceptional customer service.
- Complete and maintain the CRM (lead database) for all potential clients and referrals.
What You’ll Bring
- Ability to run a sales department and hire, train, motivate and manage a sales staff.
- Minimum of two (2) years of previous sales experience required, preferably in the Hospitality, Travel/Tourism or Senior Living industry with a level of responsibility and accountability for goal achievement.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to relate to residents demonstrating empathy and a willingness to address concerns with solutions.
Compensation
- Salary - $105,000 - $130,000 base
