We are a dynamic company looking to expand our presence on social media platforms, especially TikTok. Our team is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Office Clerk with a passion for social media marketing to help showcase our products and engage with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media accounts, with a primary focus on TikTok.
• Content Creation: Plan, shoot, edit, and post engaging videos showcasing our products and services.
• On-Camera Role: Appear in TikTok videos to help represent the brand in a relatable and engaging manner.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on TikTok trends, challenges, and popular content formats to drive engagement.
• Analytics: Track performance metrics for posts, identify areas for improvement, and optimize content strategies accordingly.
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns.
• Other Duties: Provide general office support as needed.

Qualifications:

• TikTok Expertise: Must have experience creating and managing TikTok content.
• Follower Milestone: Having more than 100k followers on TikTok is a strong plus.
• Social Media Savvy: Deep familiarity with social media apps such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Marketing Knowledge: Experience in marketing or branding is a plus.
• Comfort on Camera: Comfortable appearing in videos and being the face of the content.
• Creativity: Ability to generate new ideas and think outside the box.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts, especially TikTok.
• Strong video creation and editing skills.
• Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and strategies to increase engagement.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in-office in Diamond Bar, California.
