Your Opportunity:

This is a full-time, in-person position reporting to the President of Operations. As the Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and execute impactful communication strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and retention for MyBambu. This role will be responsible for managing CRM campaigns, writing and structuring content for communications, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, monitor, and execute customer relationship management (CRM) campaigns, ensuring effective messaging and engagement.
• Write, edit, and structure content for various communication channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Open, track, and follow up on tickets related to CRM campaigns to ensure timely execution and resolution.
• Ensure all communications align with the neobank’s brand voice, messaging strategy, and customer engagement goals.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling visuals and messaging for marketing campaigns.
• Create and translate content fluently in both Spanish and English to ensure outreach resonates with diverse audiences.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making recommendations for optimizations based on key metrics.
• Work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless communication strategies that align with business goals.

Skill and Abilities:

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both Spanish and English.
• Experience managing CRM (Salesforce) campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for brand consistency and messaging clarity.
• Ability to interpret campaign performance data and suggest improvements.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms, CRM tools (Salesforce), and project management software is a plus.
• Comfortable working closely with creative teams, providing feedback and ensuring alignment with campaign goals.

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Two (2 ) years in marketing communications, CRM campaign management, or content marketing, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital services.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, is a plus.
• Familiarity with email marketing, customer segmentation, and campaign analytics.
• Knowledge of financial services, customer engagement strategies, and fintech trends is a plus.

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
