This is a full-time, in-person position reporting to the President of Operations. As the Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and execute impactful communication strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and retention for MyBambu. This role will be responsible for managing CRM campaigns, writing and structuring content for communications, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, monitor, and execute customer relationship management (CRM) campaigns, ensuring effective messaging and engagement.
- Write, edit, and structure content for various communication channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Open, track, and follow up on tickets related to CRM campaigns to ensure timely execution and resolution.
- Ensure all communications align with the neobank’s brand voice, messaging strategy, and customer engagement goals.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling visuals and messaging for marketing campaigns.
- Create and translate content fluently in both Spanish and English to ensure outreach resonates with diverse audiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making recommendations for optimizations based on key metrics.
- Work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless communication strategies that align with business goals.
Skill and Abilities
