My Boulder Nanny Agency is hiring on behalf of the following family:

Location: North Boulder, CO
Hours: 2/3PM-6PM, occasional date nights

Start Date: April 2025

Pay rate: $29/hour DOE

Job Overview
We are seeking a responsible and caring part-time afterschool nanny to support our family in the afternoons. The ideal candidate will arrive a bit before school pickup, assist with light household tasks, pick up both girls from school, and provide engaging and attentive care until we finish work. We are looking for someone with childcare experience who enjoys fostering a nurturing, structured, and fun environment.

Duties

• Arrive before school pickup to assist with light household tasks such as kids’ laundry, meal prep, and tidying common areas.
• Pick up both girls from school and safely transport them home or to scheduled activities.
• Provide attentive and loving care, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Assist with afterschool routines, including snacks, homework help, and engaging activities.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals or snacks for the children.
• Maintain a tidy and organized environment, including cleaning up after meals and activities.
• Communicate with parents regarding the children's activities, behavior, and any concerns.
• Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages learning, creativity, and social interaction.

Requirements

• Prior experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication skills with both children and parents.
• Must pass a background check.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
