In this client-facing role, you’ll be a member of the commercial lines team selling and servicing a book of business. This position collaborates with the team to consistently deliver high-quality customer service. This position requires above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Act as a primary point of contact for commercial clients
- Work with a team in handling complex insurance renewals
- Act as a liaison between insurance carriers and clients
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE
- Active Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance license
- Prior experience in a client facing role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and MS Teams
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE
- 1-3 years personal or commercial lines insurance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in insurance, risk management, business, finance or similar field of study
- EPIC agency management system and insurance carrier software experience a plus
SALARY RANGE
$40-75k depending on experience
