Position Overview:
The Full Charge Bookkeeper will play a pivotal role in managing high-level accounting functions, including financial reporting for multiple entities and investor communications. This position works closely with the CFO, Controller, and the internal accounting staff to ensure accurate, efficient, and transparent financial operations across our real estate portfolio of over 900 units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reporting and analysis for over 900 residential units across multiple entities
- Collaborate with the CFO and Controller to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Develop and implement accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare investor-ready financial statements and reporting packages
- Partner with the internal accountant to align daily accounting activities with strategic financial goals
- Maintain organized and transparent financial records across all entities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of high-level accounting experience
- Proven experience with complex financial reporting across multiple entities
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, GAAP, and investor reporting
- Experience working with executive leadership, including CFOs and Controllers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset toward process improvement
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
