Job Summary: The Patient Service Representative (PSR) serves as a critical extension of all medical providers on the Patient Services team by facilitating patient care responsibilities with speed, precision, and compassion. The PSR fields telephone calls, online chats, and texts from patients regarding critical medical care. Patient Service Representatives are the backbone of our call center supporting patients requesting to schedule an appointment, obtain an update on their lab or imaging results, or provide assistance with a variety of other healthcare-related matters.
Position Requirements:
· One year of experience performing high volume call center-based customer service and/or telemarketing.
· Ability to navigate through MS Office and other web-based programs.
· Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.
· Personal home computer or laptop preferred. Equipment purchase plan available if needed.
· Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
· Have a passion for healthcare and an entrepreneurial spirit.
