We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Detroit Headquarters and assist customers across all MyFlight Tours locations.
Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, booking tours, and coordinating special events. You will also assist with rescheduling, flight credits, and weather-related delays, ensuring a seamless experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries for all MyFlight Tours locations.
- Book helicopter tours and assist with scheduling changes.
- Coordinate special events, including rose petal drops, gender reveals, and photoshoots.
- Provide support for weather delays, rescheduling, and issuing flight credits.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and booking software (training provided).
- A positive and friendly attitude with a passion for customer service.
