Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for hiring, training and oversight of Lead Generators based out of 6 Colorado store locations. Travel between the stores is required. Your expertise in recruiting and motivating Lead Generators as well as fostering relationships with store management as associates will be instrumental in converting prospects into valuable clients. This position requires strong communication skills, management skills, motivational leadership qualities and the ability and patience to train Lead Generators.
Duties
- Recruit and hire effective Lead Generators to gather lead information during open store hours.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage lead information effectively.
- Manage all Lead Generators and train them to be as effective as possible
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market conditions to train Lead Generators.
- Communicate effectively with management.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proficient in market analysis and understanding customer needs.
- Experience in sales and management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
