Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Collaborate to Grow Our Book of Business: Work with the team to identify opportunities for growth and enhance client relationships.
- Support Agents with Accuracy: Assist in generating quotes, processing applications, and managing essential client documentation.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify client needs to offer additional coverage options that align with their goals.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Handle payments, endorsements, and claims reporting while maintaining a professional and positive client experience.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on insurance products, trends, and processes while demonstrating a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Possessing a Florida 220, 20-44, or 440 insurance license is a plus, but not required.
- Self-Starter: Confident, dedicated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to foster effective client and team interactions.
- Technical Proficiency: Quick learner with strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Eager to Grow: Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to learn new skills and expand your expertise in the insurance industry.
