DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead daily huddles
- Fill in as needed for call-ins, vacations, etc. and relieve individuals for breaks
- Review recaps and summaries from previous shifts
- Perform startup, shutdown, and pre-operational inspections
- Create and modify daily schedule & manage LOA and absenteeism
- Complete weekly crewing
- Complete all assigned PM (Maintenance & sanitation)
- Understand the discipline policy and be able to issue discipline
- Responsible for wearing proper PPE, complying with all safety training, policies, and procedures, and reporting any unsafe safety conditions to a Supervisor / Management
- Effectively communicate verbally and in written format
- Promote open communication within the team and to leadership
- Assist leadership with employee development through recognition, performance reviews / feedback, coaching, training, and corrective action
- Work closely with the Maintenance team to monitor all equipment
- Perform daily titrations and ensure chemicals are at the correct concentration
- Monitor daily Behavioral Observations of Safety completion and conduct risk assessments with the team when necessary
- Foster a safe working environment, immediately communicate and address safety concerns with the entire team, and ensure adherence to safety standards
