What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling, questions, or concerns
- Dispatch and coordinate our technicians efficiently
- Manage office tasks including invoicing, follow-ups, and light bookkeeping
- Keep things organized and help streamline daily operations
- Maintain a friendly, helpful attitude with customers and team members alike
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service or office management experience preferred (HVAC or trades background is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software (experience with scheduling or invoicing software a bonus)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- A team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
