What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sous Chef position at My Little Chamomile?
My Little Chamomile is looking to add a sous chef to our team. This role will manage the kitchen for dinner service under the supervision of our chef/owner, as well as prep, and work the line as needed. We are cooking a soulful home-style Turkish cuisine reflective of our chefs life and cooking in Turkyie. This is a great role for an advanced cook to learn a new cuisine, or a young chef looking to flex their leadership chops in an exciting and buzzing new restaurant environment. We operate for dinner service Wed-Sat, and lunch on Sundays, providing three evenings off in a row. Pay is competitive, and opportunities abound in a rapidly growing and evolving kitchen.
