Job Description

We are seeking a Project Support Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for managing and delivering technology-related projects across various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with New clients on Scope, development and training of our ERP software
  • Identify risks and issues, and manage resources to meet implementation deadlines
  • Manage and oversee projects for different clients
  • Conduct weekly training with new clients
  • Maintain training and onboarding schedules
  • Develop and communicate reporting and presentation materials for Key Stakeholders
  • Ensure implementation will effectively meet Go Live dates
  • Provide weekly updates to the Client as to the progress of the implementation and action items
  • Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
  • Maintain required project documentation
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects

Qualifications:

  • Project management: 2 years (preferred)
  • ERP implementation experience preferred
  • Ability to conduct training for clients
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Preferred systems experience - Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, SAP Business One
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
  • Previous experience in information technology or other related fields
  • Strong project management an customer service skills
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work in the office. No remote work

Job Type: Part-time In-Office work

Hourly: $18 to $21

Expected hours: 40 hours a week

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Irvine, CA 92612: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • AA or BA (Preferred)
