Ecommerce Operations Manager
We’re hiring an Ecommerce Operations Manager to take ownership of our online retail operations with focus, efficiency, and creativity. In this role, you’ll manage product drops, optimize our website and app, lead customer experience, and oversee warehouse operations to ensure a seamless customer journey. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Ecommerce Oversight:
- Coordinate and execute all product drops, ensuring they are posted on time and without errors.
- Manage website and app updates, ensuring smooth functionality and a high-quality user experience.
- Optimize product listings, promotions, and campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
Customer Experience Leadership:
- Lead the customer experience team, ensuring prompt responses and resolutions to inquiries.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaboration with Marketing:
- Partner with the marketing team to align on campaign schedules and ensure timely postings across all platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging between ecommerce operations and marketing efforts.
Warehouse Operations:
- Oversee warehouse processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resolve any logistical challenges promptly.
Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement:
- Track and analyze key ecommerce metrics, such as conversion rates and traffic.
- Refine workflows and processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce operations, ideally within fashion, beauty, or retail.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize Shopify stores and Klaviyo email marketing campaigns.
Skills:
- Proficient in Shopify and Klaviyo.
- Well-rounded understanding of ecommerce operations, from customer experience to logistics and marketing integration.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-departmental collaboration.
Adaptability:
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and deadlines.
