What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of project management or related business experience.
- Industry experience in furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), architecture and design (A&D), interior design, specialty construction, or related fields is a plus.
- An independent and confident personality, yet team-oriented.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and organization.
- Excellent time management to coordinate across multiple departments and vendors.
- Strong customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Deadline-oriented to ensure timely project execution and installation.
- A growth mindset, always looking to improve.
- Clean background check and strong references.
- Experience with window treatments is ideal but not required.
- A college degree is not required.
