What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer calls & sales inquiries
- Schedule & dispatch technicians, optimizing routes
- Process scheduling changes via email and texting

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Customer service experience (required)
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Multi-tasking & computer skills
- Routing, scheduling, or dispatching experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with DMV geography (a plus!)
