Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including hotels, industrial facilities, and hospitality environments. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with established standards.
- Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage custodial duties such as waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Report any damages or repairs needed in guest rooms or common areas to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns regarding cleanliness.
Experience
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Experience in hospitality settings is advantageous for understanding guest expectations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
