Market Associate - Mid-Ohio Food Market at MY Project USA

MYPUSA works with the Mid-Ohio Food Bank to run a free food market 4 days a week at the Hilltop Youth Empowerment Center. We are currently seeking multiple market associates who would be available for around 24 hours a week.

Essential Duties

1. Stock the market area prior to opening

2. Receive shipments on Tuesday and Thursday mornings (requires being at the center by 7:30am)

3. Check-in customers in a professional and friendly manner

4. Ensure the hygiene and sanitation standards of the market area are met at all times

5. Restock produce and dry goods as supplies get low during market hours (requires the ability to work inside refrigerator and freeze areas for limited times)

8. Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM provided by Mid-Ohio Food Bank

9. Other duties as assigned

10.Maintaining a clean and healthy environment inside and outside the market area all the time, volunteer recruitment, order placement, volunteer and employee management also in the job description.

Salary range should be $14

Tuesday, 7:30am to 3:30 pm
Wednesday, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Thursday, 7:30am to 3:30pm

Potential to work on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
