Job Summary:
We are seeking a Call Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring sales, customer service, and compliance goals are met. This role includes managing a team, coaching, and driving performance to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage agent dialer readiness, performance, and availability.
- Oversee schedules, ensuring minimal disruptions to call flow.
- Track calls, monitor abandonment rates, and ensure agent accountability.
- Distribute leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Listen to calls, provide feedback, and conduct quality audits.
- Report on team performance, key metrics, and outcomes.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and development of new and existing staff.
- Implement new sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage call center equipment and ensure functionality.
- Foster a motivating, supportive team environment.
- College degree and 2 years of relevant management experience.
- Proven call center supervision experience with a focus on sales and performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to monitor performance and make real-time decisions.
- Experience with call center software and lead management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure customer privacy.

- Experience working in the insurance industry strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Health Insurance/Medicare strongly preferred
