Position Overview : The Sales & Business Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing and overseeing our sales and business processes to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. As a Healthcare / Medicare company, this role requires a strategic and results-oriented leader with a strong background in sales and business operations and a passion for serving those navigating the Medicare landscape. The ideal candidate will be skilled in implementing process improvements, managing cross-functional teams, and driving organizational success. This is an onsite position at our Brentwood, TN office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Management : Develop and implement sales strategies, optimize sales technology including CRM, monitor sales performance, and maintain a solid understanding of the lead generation funnel.
- Operational Strategy : Develop and execute strategies to improve business operations, enhance productivity, and meet organizational objectives.
- Call Center Management : Oversee call center operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and efficient handling of customer calls.
- Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within current processes, and lead initiatives to streamline operations and boost performance.
- Team Leadership : Manage and support a team of operational staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Performance Metrics : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Budget Management : Oversee the budgeting process and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Sales, and Customer Service to align operational strategies and support business objectives.
- Compliance : Ensure operational activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies, managing risks effectively.
- Reporting : Prepare and present reports on operational performance, project updates, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
