Job Summary: As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving our success by generating leads, engaging clients, and setting up appointments for our licensed sales team. You’ll be responsible for outbound and inbound calls, building relationships, and effectively communicating the value of My Senior Health Plan’s services.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and take inbound calls to engage potential clients.
- Professionally present My Senior Health Plan’s services and build rapport with leads.
- Create and update client profiles in our CRM and assist with scheduling appointments or live transfers to licensed agents.
- Use sales tactics to nurture leads and meet sales targets.
- Stay informed about Medicare products and insurance basics.
- Consistently meet sales goals and administrative deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in inside sales.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Tech-savvy and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Experience with auto-dialers is a plus.
- Strong interest in the insurance industry is essential.
Working Conditions:
- Stationary role, operating a computer and office equipment.
- Light lifting (up to 25 lbs.).
- Office environment with occasional movement within the workspace.
