- Be the Go-To Expert – Answer customer questions about our services with confidence & enthusiasm.
- Keep Us Organized – Maintain schedules, track jobs, and make sure no appointment gets left behind.
- Optimize Routes – Help our cleaning crews work smarter, not harder with efficient scheduling.
- Master the Tools – Use spreadsheets & scheduling software (Jobber & QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required).
- Be a Social Media Star – Post updates, promotions, and engaging content on Facebook & Instagram while responding to comments & messages.
