Position Summary
The National Communications Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for enhancing workforce engagement through strategic communication and initiatives. This role focuses on developing messaging and positioning for compensation structures, designing recognition programs, and fostering brand alignment within retail teams. By championing incentive programs and initiatives, the manager will drive team readiness and engagement, further inspiring success and loyalty. Through proactive outreach and programs such as the company’s Journey's Program, the manager will outline growth and succession pathways, showcasing internal success stories to strengthen company commitment and enthusiasm. This position collaborates across departments, including sales, HR, and training teams, to ensure alignment of market strategies with organizational objectives

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Employee Attrition: Achieve less than 100% yearly attrition.
• Google Review Rating: Company rating greater than 4.80 for 2025.
• Top 3 Vendor Program: Top 3 NAR status in terms of vendor programs (ex. Samsung Qualified Dollars %).
• Top 3 National Authorized Retail Ranker: Average Top 3 NAR 2025.
• Top 3 National Authorized Retailer on AT&T Connectivity Experts adoption rate.
• Content Delivery: Ensure all communication materials are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in communications, employee engagement, or a related role within retail or sales organizations
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing budgets.
• Proficiency in communication platforms, design tools, and content management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that drive engagement and foster loyalty.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
