Job Title: Agile Delivery Manager (Project Manager)
Apex Systems is looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead the Transcript Lifecycle Optimization Project. This project aims to automate the transcript and its data throughout its entire life cycle, from the time it is requested and ordered to the point where its data is used for admissions and transfer of credit decisions. The project is divided into four phases: automating the ordering of transcripts, data extraction from transcripts, evaluation of data for transfer of credit, and a self-service variant for prospects to upload their own data for an informal estimate of credit transfer and costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage transcript lifecycle projects from a project management perspective.
Ensure flexibility in managing both agile and waterfall methodologies.
Oversee budgeting for both financial and resource allocation.
Coordinate sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
Participate in PI Planning, including grooming and PI "pre"planning.
Coach team members about Agile frameworks.
Facilitate effective collaboration and internal communication.
Handle communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
Work with Product Owners to handle new requests and backlogs.
Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts that occur.
Help teams implement effective changes.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards by the end of every sprint.
Help development teams attain a higher level of Scrum maturity.
Create a productive environment where team members feel confident and enjoy product work.
Top Requirements:
Proven experience in managing transcript lifecycle projects.
Expertise in both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
Strong budgeting experience, including financial and resource management.
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Familiarity with software development.
Strong knowledge of scrum artifacts and techniques, including the Definition of Done, backlog refinement, user stories, ceremonies, and automated testing.

Bachelor's degree.
