Your Opportunity :
This is a full-time, in-person position reporting to the President of Operations. As a Product Research Analyst, you will be responsible for the support of the development of innovative products for the MyBambu app by providing data-driven insights, market research, and competitive analysis. This role will be instrumental in identifying customer needs, evaluating industry trends, and shaping MyBambu product strategy.
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth research on digital banking trends, competitor products, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, transaction patterns, and engagement metrics to improve product offerings.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for existing products and provide insights to optimize customer experience and retention.
- Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights, create reports, and present findings to product managers and stakeholders.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Marketing teams to align research insights with business strategy.
- Stay up to date with financial regulations, Open Banking policies, KYC / AML requirements, and global fintech trends to ensure compliance in product development.
- Assist in A / B testing, user experience studies, and customer interviews to validate product hypotheses and new features.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations based on research findings to guide product strategy.
