What You’ll Have:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of management experience and 2 years working with individuals with intellectual disabilities/autism, or Associate’s degree with 5 years of management experience and 2 years working with individuals with intellectual disabilities/autism.
- Experience in program oversight, compliance, and strategic planning.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Pre-hire Clearances: State Police Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance (if you have not lived in PA for the past 2 years).
A Typical Day May Include:
- Providing leadership and guidance to program specialists, residential supervisors, and direct care staff.
- Ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for individuals in group homes.
- Overseeing program operations, staffing, and compliance to meet regulatory standards.
- Driving initiatives to improve efficiency, service delivery, and staff development.
- Conducting site visits to provide support, mentorship, and quality assurance.
- Collaborating with HR on hiring, training, and performance management.
- Managing data collection, reporting, and continuous program evaluation.
- Serving as an on-call administrator to support emergency and operational needs.
