This dynamic, onsite role combines both marketing and business development responsibilities, aimed at increasing the companys presence and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing (50%)
Develop and manage social media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to boost brand visibility.
Design and execute email campaigns to engage clients and prospects.
Conduct market research to track trends, analyze competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
Create detailed marketing reports on performance metrics, including conversion rates and campaign results.
Collaborate with the design team to produce marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
Monitor competitor activity to stay ahead of trends and improve the companys market positioning.
Business Development (50%)
Engage with prospective clients, including property owners and property managers, to generate new business opportunities.
Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to present the companys offerings.
Promote the companys services by understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions.
Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows to build the companys network and increase visibility.
Provide client feedback and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and foster lasting relationships.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
Support junior sales staff development to strengthen the overall business development team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Marketing Skills :
Proven experience in a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant, or similar position.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
Experience managing social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other productivity software.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Business Development Skills :
Proven experience in a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
Demonstrated success in sales and client acquisition.
Experience in customer support is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong market insight and understanding of industry trends.
Ability to build relationships and foster long-term client partnerships.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
A Bachelors degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
