Responsibilities:
This role will be focused on Residential Service, playing a critical role in responding to plumbing service and repair calls. This will include the most complex of jobs. You will:
· Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, while building strong relationships with our customers.
· Identify potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns/callbacks.
· Explain multiple options to the client, keeping them updated with each service performed.
· Educate and assist customers in choosing the best options (quality and financial value) and servicing agreements.
· Understand your service metrics and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
Salary : $25 - $50
