Ford Spring Hill is seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various automotive systems, particularly for Ford vehicles, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all work performed.
We are offering a $3k sign on bonus!!!!
Closed on Sundays.

Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues related to powertrain, electrical systems, and overall vehicle performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Repair and replace faulty components as needed, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively to perform repairs efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their concerns.
- Proficient in automotive diagnostics with a solid understanding of mechanical knowledge.
- Experience with automotive electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Knowledge of Ford vehicles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work with powertrain systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Experience with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus.
- Competence in using hand tools safely and effectively in an automotive environment.
