Responsibilities—Sales Associate:
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first greeting to finalizing the sale.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Guide customers through our proven sales process to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
- Present pricing, financing options, and assist with completing necessary paperwork.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Proactively seek out new customers through networking and outreach.
Qualifications—Sales Associate:
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates with sales backgrounds in any industry.
- A high-energy, outgoing personality with a strong drive for success.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
