This opportunity consist of managing the accounting function for a small to medium sized law firm. Practice Panther (law firm management software) and QuickBooks are important platforms utilized to manage many components of the daily business operations. The selected candidate will be on the leadership team along with the segment leaders for each legal discipline. This role requires the ability to multitask between accounting functions and address concerns raised by clients or staff.
The ability to create and understand all financial statements and assist ownership in providing solid accounting to lenders will be critical to our growth.
Ability to work with attorney's to make sure they are informed about clients current financial obligations. Lead collection efforts.
Ability to work with outside vendors.
Financial systems are in place and training from existing staff will provide for a smooth transition.
The position offers the right candidate the opportunity to work with professional staff and clients in a fast paced environment.
Your new office will be in Warrendale but work with offices in Canonsburg and Murrysville.
