We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Plant Operations Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a project team on complex, detailed-oriented projects, working closely with engineers and superintendents to develop work plans, and ensuring timely and within-budget project completion.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of contract documents, excellent problem-solving and motivational skills, and experience working with subcontracts, subcontractors, and self-perform work.
