Area of Responsibility:
The Regulatory and Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing all areas of general and regulatory compliance at MyFundedFutures. Youll be working closely with the legal and executive teams to maintain a compliant framework for all areas of our organization. You will also be responsible for overseeing relationships with regulated vendors and oversight organizations
Responsibilities
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the business and its activities to ensure adequate compliance oversight and resources as business needs evolve over time; advise on emerging compliance issues
- Create proper compliance programs for all employees in various departments
- Maintain policies and procedures including ongoing required changes
- Keeping apprised of relevant laws and regulations and advising the businesses on current and/or proposed rules and regulations
- Assist with regulatory exams and inquiries for all staff
- Identify/respond to ongoing regulatory changes, ensure implementation of required policies/procedures and appropriate operational/compliance oversight
- Review personal accounts for adherence to the stated personal trading policy
- Assist with annual compliance program review and testing
Preferred Skills / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- At least 5 years of related compliance experience is required
- FINRA Series 7 and/or 3 is a bonus but not required
- Knowledge of CME guidelines and futures related regulations
- Experience with regulated FCMs, proprietary trading firms, and or other CFTC regulated entities
