This position will report to Manager of Commercial Applications in Data Strategies. You will work closely with existing data management teams to ensure strategic alignment. You will focus on data integrity, establishment of aligned standards, and work on identifying data gaps. Working with data teams and IT teams, support the development of integrations to provide data to CDP application and scalability. This position is accountable for the support of accurate and timely delivery of 3rd Party Data by establishing and following efficient data governance processes, identifying issues, and working with business partners on resolutions. We communicate outcomes and methodically supervise investigations to uncover broader trends. We collaborate across all business units within MedTech and with the U.S. Surgery Digital and Commercial Innovation Team, and the U.S. Orthopedics Commercial Strategies and Insights, and other regions to understand, address and present solutions to issues.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships and partnership with IT developing their business knowledge and understanding of Customer Solutions processes and capabilities specific to both market and competitive datasets as well as internal and external customer engagement datasets
- Partner with our analytical teams and provide analysis with support to define and build out new analytical capabilities for our medical device businesses, focusing on market data
- Work with analytical teams and internal customers to train on appropriate usage of data to ensure that the business value is gained
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next Management level.
- Help and support the maintenance and usage of our commercial applications datasets for our downstream user groups.
- Help maintain a backlog of requests, assist in capturing and defining requirements, and support documenting improvements and key elements of all Commercial Application datasets as well as ensuring all documentation and training is kept up to date
- Help define the criteria for acceptance based on business needs as well as crafting the UAT test cases and performing their execution
- Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Adhere to all DE&I objectives and guidelines as well as upholding all values of the J&J Credo
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
- A focused degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Statistics, IT or Business-related field is preferred.
- Experience in medical device, or healthcare field is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience.
- Collaboration, communication and analytical skills are required. Ability to work with cross-functional teams, sometimes requiring running and leading without authority as needed. Ability to work on multiple projects with conflicting priorities.
- Sophisticated Excel, PowerPoint and interpersonal skills.
- Proven success in problem solving and team partnership.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience in medical device, or healthcare field is preferred.
- A track record of working in an environment where a high degree of collaboration is needed is preferred.
- Experience with Master Data Management technology environments and processes is preferred.
- Experience with Database structures (i.e. AWS (Redshift, PostgreSQL, S3), Oracle, SQLSERVER, Azure, etc.) is preferred
- Experience in query data access tools (i.e. SQL, Alteryx , etc. ) or other data access methods is preferred
- With supervision, ability to understand, translate and integrate multiple data sources into useful datasets / data models to drive decision-making is required. Must be comfortable working with large data-mining exercises.

Salary : $63,000 - $102,000
